Message not sure. i have looked in a few FSM i have.. 240sx, Z32 and a few Q45's and some have given me some good info but not what im looking for.. and the Z FSM has Zero on the seat belt system from what i have seen.

ok both the shoulder and lap belt coils have an over ride solenoid that keeps the pre-tensioner from engaging….

Now, is this power a constant 12 volts? I can’t really see it being that due to , well they have to lock up when you hit the brakes, and if it’s “on” all the time, it will never do this… =\ so im just wondering what is the power source and how does control it.

only remotely thing that looks like it is the TCU (timer control unit) in the circuit diagram foldout but it's just a circuit diagram and not a schematic or even the wiring diagram. =\
